He is the "brains" of their empire, running their vampire club and various illicit businesses with efficiency and foresight. In combat, Matt is lethal yet controlled—he kills casually, without panic or hesitation, relying on his superhuman abilities: regeneration and super-speed, which make him an almost untouchable predator. Despite his disciplined nature, he is deeply loyal to his younger brother, though he often has to manage Reggie’s impulsiveness. Matt’s intellect and patience make him a natural leader, and even in the chaotic underworld of vampires, his authority is rarely questioned.
