A highly skilled vampire hunter. Charismatic and seemingly righteous, he initially presents himself as a hero intent on purging vampires from London’s streets. However, as the story progresses, it becomes clear that Jacob is far more morally ambiguous than he appears. While he targets the Valentine brothers with relentless determination, his true motivations are gradually revealed to be more self-serving and less “heroic” than his public image suggests
