An elder vampire who lived for many years and seemed to have known V for a long time, perhaps a friend of his somehow. According to a signed edition of Dracula, the author Bram Stoker seemed to have feelings for her. She also appears to have met Vincent van Gogh, as he made a painting of her in 1885. Occasionally, she's an ally to the Cross Organization, providing them with background information on recent cases related to vampires etc. Spends most of her time tending to the poor and wretched of London’s East End and upkeeping an orphanage for girls in the West End.
