Known for his carelessness and overconfidence due to his immortality, Valtor was once an honorable warrior. However, his sanity deteriorated when he realized he could not surpass V, becoming jealous of him and wanted to learn what V is because Valtor is certain that V isn't just a normal Apostle, he's something else. He gradually lose his sanity over the years and during the rebellion, he refused to join the battle and after that, he goes missing. His fate is left unknown.
