A long time ago, there exist mysterious race known as the Darkside Inhabitants.
These enigmatic beings, whose origins are lost to time, were scattered all over Europe, and were fighting for the different countries.
At that time, they exist in the shadow of history and were battling among their own kind for a long period of time. Eventually, they tried to create something that surpass their own power.
Their ambitious project leads to the creation of the "13 Apostles" – beings intended to be superior warriors for the purpose of fighting.
However, the initial attempt is a failure; the Apostles are born powerless and physically frail.
As the Apostles begin to awaken one by one, they discover immense power within themselves, but their bodies remain incomplete, cursed with a debilitating vulnerability to sunlight. However, only one stands out among the others for his immunity to sunlight.
They didn't pursue their purpose of life, and as they become aware of the darkness inside them, raises the question what is now their purpose of existence.
This is the story of how the True Vampire race of the Moon Saga: Blood & Cross series came to be.
