The leader of the Cross Organization and V's master. An efficient, but cocky leader, Arthur was a man with extraordinary confidence in what he does, and in the soldiers he sends during missions. Still, despite his cockiness, however, he was well respected by everyone, as he ran the organization efficiently. In addition, he was an expert in the occult. Despite his confident outlook and careless personality, he struggles with the weight of leadership and the sacrifices it demands and was shown to be paranoid when it comes to using V during missions due to the dangers of V's powerful abilities.
