The older brother, Matt, is calm, calculating, and coldly condescending. While he lacks the reckless aggression of his younger sibling, Matt is far more dangerous due to Millennium’s enhancements. His accelerated healing and increased speed has been further enhanced, making him stronger and faster than ordinary vampires. His intelligence and enhanced abilities allow him to take on more tactical roles, and his cold demeanor makes him a difficult adversary to read. Matt liked to fancy himself as the one who would bring about V’s demise, believing that because of his relatively advanced powers, he aspired to surpass V in every way. In a way, Matt admired V to the point of jealousy, seeking to prove himself as a superior vampire.
