His reasons for doing so, however, as well as his motivations and true identity, remains unknown. His position within the Cross Organization is one of unique status as the ace of the organization. V is no mere vampire; it has been implied that he is one of the most powerful vampires, as well as the most powerful entity in the entire series, with speculations of him being the very first vampire to ever existed. Though hoping one day he will find a true worthy opponent that can truly end his never-ending life.
