A captain of one of the assault units. However, he is shown to look down on Victoria for being a vampire, openly disrespecting her and making rude comments about her. He then betrays Cross by trying to have plans to expose Cross and vampires to the public through snuff films in order to get out of the shadows and be in the limelight.
