A former SAS agent and Obscurus' right-hand man. He was among those given the vampire drug by Obscurus. Wilson however didn't just receive one dose, instead, he was given multiple doses injected onto his body, apparently making him even more powerful than the average artificial vampires. So much that he's able to transform into a humanoid bat creature. Paul was a manipulative stalker, who then plagued Victoria's dreams, frightening and taunting her.
