A vampire who run a club with his brother and were originally working for Count Magnus, before later working for Obscurus. Despite being Reggie's brother, the two are polar opposites. While Reggie is socially loud, obnoxious, unpleasant and murders with glee and sadism Matt is far less talkative, usually calm and kills casually. He is the "brains" of the operation and he believes that he can surpass V. His vampiric power manifests as regeneration and Super-Speed.
