The former head of the Cross family, and was the one who made his daughter, Lady Eleanor Cross, the head of the Cross Organisation, being wary of his younger brother Richard Cross. An efficient, but cocky leader, Arthur was well respected by everyone and eventually as he grew older; he became wiser and better understood the true nature of vampires. As a result, Arthur became a philosopher. He's deceased prior to the series, but it is known that he was the former leader of Cross and also V's former master.
