An alumni of Hakuou academy, once belonged to the kendo club. Later he became a japanese history teacher at Hakuou academy. Out of the Baka Trio, Takakura was the most hyper and considers himself to be the forerunner teacher of the Baka Trio. Despite being a cheerful, talkative and humorous, he is very dedicated to his job as a teacher. Although before he became a teacher, he was formerly a delinquent who enjoys fighting and will actively seek out brawls, he dislikes to hurt people he perceives as innocent, this habit was carried even after he graduate from college and become a teacher. He also says that he's interested in women who are taller than him.
