He was an Assistant Principal presiding over most of the school management and is childhood friends with Ginpachi, who also attended middle school together. Was once a member of a biker gang and also feared as the demon vice commander of the group until he left the group to become a better man in the future. A strict disciplinarian to his students, hence why he was voted as one of the best teachers at Hakuou Academy. At the same time, he is very thoughtful and mature, prioritized his students above everything else. Koichi currently lives alone in an apartment near the school and is a habitual smoker
