Clone of the real Fūma Kotaro, who died during the Sengoku Period. He created homunculus clones using alchemy and dark arts, eventually modifying his creations using the water of life in order to make them stronger and deadlier. He was an egotistical maniac and he is also insane and perverted as he had raped and killed women before, including Kiyomasa, and worst of all, he felt no remorse for his actions.
