A mysterious leader of a mercenary clan sent to wipe out the pro government factions in the war. It turns out that he has fought Gintoki before the events of the main series. He's a powerful dark onmyōji who also has immortality similar to Takasugi, but has become weak due to prolonged use of his Shikigami and due to previous battle with Gintoki and Koichi. He claims to know a lot about what and who Takasugi actually is.
