A shrine maiden from Tsuyama domain, who is said to be related to the Matsudaira family of Tsuyama. She comes to Edo and became a shrine maiden working together with Saya. Satsuki has a strong will and refuses to accept any vulnerabilities and trains extensively. She is very polite, even to her opponents. A skilled fighter who uses aiki-jūjutsu in hand to hand combat and proficient in using Naginata as her signature weapon. She also has a frenemy relationship with Shigekazu Kentaro. When the two realise they will be unable to fight by themselves, they reluctantly team up, showing that despite their ongoing rivalry towards each other, they can work together when needed.
