Julie Cooper is a main character throughout the first, second, third, and fourth seasons of the Fox drama series The O.C.. She is portrayed by Melinda Clarke. Julie has two daughters Marissa and Kaitlin Cooper, with her ex-husband, and a younger son that she has with her ex-boyfriend Frank Atwood later in life.
