Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Even though OrangeYorange is more of the TMNT fan, that doesn't mean I can't have my own universe of the TMNT.
