Carlos David Valdes (born April 20, 1989) is a Colombian-American actor and singer. He is best-known for his role as Cisco Ramon / Vibe on The CW television series The Flash and other Arrowverse-related shows.
As you all know, the Flash has finally come to the finish line after 9 seasons, but the way the show ended was really bad and left fans disappointed. So I am making my own version of the finale with inspiration from everyone's videos of their own version on YouTube. Plot summary will be in the comments.
