Red, formerly known as Elder Red or Red the Elder, is the main antagonist of the 2004 platform game Spyro: A Hero's Tail and the secondary antagonist of its 2005 action role-playing sequel, Spyro Shadow Legacy. He was a Dragon Elder who wanted to see the true potential of magic but he ended up using it for dark purposes, causing him to be exiled and even earned the moniker The Traitor.
