What if John Dunning's sequel idea was made instead of the remake? It's been nearly 30 years since Axel's reign of terror, and the town of Valentine Bluffs still remembers. Sarah Mercer is now Chief of Police and has married T.J., who is now a drunk. They have two sons, who work in the mines like their father before them. However, the young hot shot mayor of Valentine Bluffs decides to turn the mines into a carnival ride and Sarah and T.J. are not too pleased about it.
