Kevin Dastard and Donson Thalford’s best friend and one of Tim Drake and Stephanie Brown’s mentors (against Batman’s approval). Out of all the Loser Agency members, he’s the most serious when it comes to mentoring the younger heroes, though he still falls into the trap of being dumber than he should be given his position in Gotham. He’s also married to Donson’s sister Melinda, with whom he has a rocky relationship at best before eventually solving it by season 4.
