Fan Casting Thomas Elliot in Untitled Batfamily Story

Childhood friend of Bruce Wayne turned devius villain. Unlike Jason Todd who had a vendetta against Batman for good reason yet was willing to forgive him, he is jealous of Bruce having everything he never had, including loving parents, and seeks to ruin Bruce's life. He tries to frame Jason for events not associated with Red Hood in order to destabilize his bond with Bruce and also impersonates Bruce with facial surgery. He is defeated by Christopher Chance who turns the tables on him and taunts him psychologically with his own 'face', thus imprisoned at Blackgate and never seen again.
