Bart Allen's clone brother, half-brother of Owen Mercer, son of Melani Thawne and Don Allen, stepson of Digger Harkness, grandson of Eobard Thawne, and cousin of Jenni Ognats. He grew up with his grandfather believing that fighting the Flash family was his destiny, but after he unexpectedly befriends Bart, he starts slowly changing his ways and becoming part of the family, even standing up against his grandfather when given the choice.
