It’s implied that this Sean Foley is the same one from Static Shock, as the events of the episode “Sons Of The Father” and his subsequent development are confirmed to be canon. He is frequently shown conversing with Robert Hawkins and Bruce Wayne about parenting. Even though he’s annoyed about Richie being gay, he still proves to be a supportive father.
