Childhood friend of the Titans, adopted son of Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance, adoptive brother of Mia Dearden and Connor Hawke, love interest of Koriand’r, and father of Lian Harper. Though his relationship with Dick Grayson soured after the latter’s failure to defend him against his addiction, he comes around to help him with his trauma, hoping to reconcile with his old friend. He raises his daughter Lian from his past relationship with Jade Nyugen as a single father and reconciles with his ex Grace Choi who is now in a better relationship. He’s also overprotective of Mia throughout her relationship with Danny Chase.
