Kuon (クオン), born Hisamitsu Tono (遠野 久光 Tōno Hisamitsu), is the young president of the Kuon AI Konzern and Hoeru's long lost older brother. He transforms into Ring Hunter Garyudo (リングハンター・ガリュード Ringu Hantā Garyūdo), a general of the No One World Bridan, the ring hunter and the "trump card" of Queen TegaJune.
