Zazu is a major protagonist in the 2019 remake of The Lion King. He is a yellow-billed hornbill who serves as the majordomo to King Mufasa and later Simba after the death of his father.
Simba, having become king of the Pride Lands, is determined for his cub follow in his footsteps while the origins of his late father Mufasa are explored.
