Lily Howard is the eldest child of Martin and Denise. Like her siblings, she is very devoted and loving towards both of her parents. But during the divorce, Lily along with her brother and sister are deverstated that they are only allowed to see their mother once a week due to the courts. Lily is hesitant about "Mr. Penrose" at first, but eventually comes around and becomes close (unaware that it's her mother in disguise). Lily looks a lot like her mother, but when her grandfather Max compliments about her, he compares her to Martin instead of Denise. When Mr. Penrose's true identity has been revealed during Martin's birthday party at the country club, she is angry and disappointed at Denise for lying to her and the family. But in the end, Lily and her siblings reconcile with Denise and forgive her.
