Fan Casting Daisuke (Mouthwashing) in Mouthwashing: The Metal Musical

Daisuke (Kana: ダイスケ) was an intern on the Tulpar space freighter under the supervision of the ship's mechanic, Swansea. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Daisuke (ダイスケ) is a major character of the 2024 psychological horror game Mouthwashing, developed by Swedish developer Wrong Organ. He was a chippy, optimistic, yet somewhat incompetent young intern working aboard the Tulpar freighter under its mechanic, Swansea, until the ship (a large vessel carrying cargo across the system for Pony Express) was intentionally steered into an asteroid by the original co-pilot, Jimmy, marooning the crew and pinning the blame on the captain, Curly. Although Daisuke tried his best to help Swansea and the crew, he lacked the necessary knowledge, much to Swansea's exasperation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eventually, Daisuke had attempted to save Anya and Curly from the medical room, under the mistaken belief that Anya was going to euthanize Curly. Instead, Anya killed herself, and Daisuke was fatally injured as a result of trying to enter the room through a vent. Swansea, who had been salvaging the last remaining cryopod to save Daisuke, ultimately puts him out of his misery by killing him with an axe.
