Sheriff Woody is the sheriff of Newmanville, the modern day Western town that's right next door to StoryBrooke. He met his wife, Little Bo Peep back when they were kids. One day, he heard a baby lamb crying out for help. Being the good samaritan that he always was, he went to the baby lamb and gently helped it find it's way back to the herd of sheep nearby. The flock's caretaker, Bo Peep was so happy to see the lamb when it returned to her. As for Woody, he was just as happy to meet Bo Peep, who was grateful for her hero. As for the both of them, they fell in love with each other right then and there. Today, he's all grown up and the sheriff of Newmanville. He's happily married to Bo Peep and they live on a farm with their three adoptive children, Beatrice, Penelope and Petey, plus their pet dog, Slinky. They may not live in a castle, but they don't mind. Because they think that their farm is the perfect place for their happily ever after.
