Princess Tiana is a princess from New Orleans. She's also the owner of her own restaurant, Tiana's Palace. Here's a quick summary of her story:One night, she was catering for a costume party when she met a talking frog. This frog was no ordinary frog, because this frog was a prince named Naveen who was cast under a spell by the evil Dr. Faclier. Tiana was a little disgusted at the fact that he was turned to a frog. Naveen suggested that if she kissed him, he'll turn back into a prince again, just like what happened in the Frog Prince story. At first, Tiana wasn't sure, because she had only just met him, but at this point, she'll do anything. And so, they kissed. But instead of turning Naveen into a prince, the kiss turned Tiana into another frog. Tiana was horrified. But Naveen didn't mind, because he thought that this situation will give them both the chance to know each other better. Tiana wasn't too thrilled about it at first, but as time went on, she realized that she was falling in love with Naveen and that he was right. A short year later, they were married. And when they kissed, they both magically turned into humans again. Afterwards, they got to work building Tiana's dream cafe. And once it was finished, it became one of best eating establishments in all of the Tooniverse. Today, Tiana and Naveen are still happily married and their cafe is still going strong.
