Step Up (alt. titled Sexy Dance in French, Chinese, and Canadian territories) is an American romantic dance film multimedia franchise created by Duane Adler for the first film in the series, Step Up (2006). The franchise includes six films and a television series. The series has received generally mixed reviews from critics. It has grossed a collective total of $651 million.
