Anime International Company, Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社アニメインターナショナルカンパニー | Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Anime Intānashonaru Kanpanī | often abbreviated as AIC) is a Japanese animation studio located in Nerima, Tokyo, Japan. On December 10, 2015, AIC RIGHTS Co., Ltd was established through a company split, in which AIC Rights received the transfer of some of the copyrights owned by Anime International Company. Their notable works include series such as Tenchi Muyo!, Bubblegum Crisis, El Hazard, and several adaptations of the manga Oh My Goddess!. AIC had eight sub-studios within itself, named: "AIC ASTA" (2003, formerly: "AIC A.S.T.A."), "AIC Build" (2010), "AIC Classic" (2010), "AIC Digital" (1997), "AIC Frontier" (June, 2012), "AIC PLUS+" (2006), "AIC Spirits" (2003) and "AIC Takarazuka" (2006). After the defeat of Kronika and Shang Tsung, Teyvat merges with Earthrealm, uniting two powerful worlds. The Seven Elements now govern the land, working together to sustain and protect Earthrealm. Fire God Liu Kang assumes the mantle of Keeper of Time, using Kronika’s Hourglass to recreate the universe before entrusting it to Geras, who becomes the new protector of Earthrealm. In this new timeline, Lord Liu Kang and his fellow combatants encounter Aether, Lumine, Klee, Hu Tao, Nahida, Raiden Shogun, and other heroes from Teyvat. Seeking friendship and unity, Liu Kang invites them to join forces—participating in the latest Mortal Kombat tournament held in Outworld, standing by his side as allies and guardians, defending Earthrealm, and battling formidable foes such as Titan Quan Chi, Titan Shang Tsung, and their forces. After their victory over Titan Shang Tsung and his armies, Lord Liu Kang ascends as Emperor. He welcomes his new friends into his Dragon Palace, where they choose to remain together. United as friends and defenders, the warriors of Earthrealm and the Guardians of Teyvat vow to protect their merged worlds side by side.
