The Mongolian soldier was once a member of The Red Dragon clan but after one of the other members which was Kano rebelled and formed The Black Dragon he joined alongside Kano to save his own skin, he's the premier tech genius of The Black Dragon even being the one that provided Kano's cybernetic eye however he's very cowardly and will always avoid a physical fight if he can, often preferring to stay on the sidelines and provide in secret.
