Bi-Han's younger brother the first Sub-Zero, now that Kuai has taken on Sub-Zero's mantle he starts going after Raiden's team because they killed his brother, he's so blinded by revenge that he joins in to Outworld in the tournament even though they know that if they win they have mastered the Earth Plan
