Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge is an R rated animated film that was animated by Warner Brothers Animation. The movie was released straight to DVD in 2020 and didn’t see a theatrical release. This possibly has something to do with the movie never getting a Japanese dub.
