As a child the Edenian orphan was on the streets before unknowingly befriending the princess, when Kitana showed her kindness Shao Kahn, murdered the orphan in front of the princess as a lesson. The orphan was resurrected by Shang Tsung with blood magic, trained to be another assassin for the Kahn.
