BVS Entertainment, Inc. (formerly Saban Entertainment and Saban International) is a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company which formerly used to be as a worldwide-served independent U.S.-Israeli television production company, formed in 1980 by Haim Saban and Shuki Levy, which was originally founded as a music production company under the Saban Productions name. The first TV show ever produced by Saban is the live action/animated show Kidd Video. The company and its extensions are mostly known for producing and distributing animated or live-action children's shows for News Corporation and then the Disney-owned Fox Kids and Jetix international television broadcasting networks.
