Bastille Day is fast approaching in France, and so, the newly elected president has decided to emulate his American counterpart by inviting some of the highest-ranking members of Drakovia's "monstrous" government, in order to celebrate the burgeoning friendship between their two nations. This couldn't have come at a better time, as a monstrous plot is about to be revealed, led by an escapee from hell, the worst tyrant to have ever ruled France : Napoleon Bonaparte ! Returning in the youthful form he took during the Revolution, where he first made a name for himself, he wants to reclaim what he believes is rightfully his, commanding legions of undead soldiers who are incredibly difficult to stop. Dracula and his allies will have their work cut out for them, especially as they also encounter a lost and amnesiac Archangel who seems possibly connected to Napoleon in some way. Whatever happens next will likely make this July 14th a Bastille Day unlike any other !
