The only member of the commando unit who neither perished nor escaped during the Skull Island mission, Apex Commander, has been promoted, as this time he will lead the unit in the field. This time, the commando is sent by Director Kennedy to a remote corner of the United States to retrieve the last secrets of Roderick Usher, who in the past attempted to flood all of North America by controlling the King of Atlantis before his death. These secrets are located in the sinister lair of "the Enchanter," the House of Usher ! However, not only do those who controlled Roderick still seem to be in the area, but the place is also said to be haunted by a powerful spirit. To clear the area in such a context, a few monsters are necessary... provided they don't kill each other first !
