The New Anythingverse (Phase Three: The Magic Saga)
51 years have gone by since the end of the Vietnam War, and the bodies of 6 American soldiers are found in a Cambodian temple. They are given a soldier's funeral in the small town of Merit, California where one of the soldier's family still resides. However, in the mind of General Woodhurst, the war is not yet over. He once again gives life to the six men who gave their lives for their country... to do it one last time... and to leave nobody alive. The Monster Squad is called in to stop the plan. But they also have assistance from Thor, Captain America, Wolverine, Hellboy, The Punisher, Ghost Rider, and Deadpool, each with their own reasons to go after the team. But little do they know that there is a much bigger plan that is being built up to with this war.
