Drakovia, a large nation in Eastern Europe, is based on significant remnants of the former USSR. This nation is infamous for being the most closed off in the world. For thirty years, it has been ruled with an iron fist by its founder, Igor Drakov, a cruel former general of the Soviet army. The whole world knows what goes on beyond the electrified barbed wire of this country, but no human being does anything to change that... so perhaps it's up to the monsters to try ! For Lord Dracula and his alliance of "monsters" this seems like the perfect choice to get their country. After ensuring all their allies are ready to invade the country, the battle can begin. However, things prove more complicated than expected, as Drakovia possesses revolutionary weaponry, even for men like Moriarty. All this is thanks to the mysterious Alex Zorka, Drakov's chief scientist. So, Echidnades, aided by Gloria, decides to contact the Invisible Man, as well as some members of the Monster Squad led by the Wolfman, and the Phantom of the Opera, in order to find a way to reach the prison of the Greek giants. Their help, especially that of their lord, the powerful Porphyrion, Typhon's uncle, would undoubtedly bring about the monsters' total victory, but in the meantime, they must already fight against Drakov's giant iron army, which has plenty of unpleasant surprises in store. But in this way, the whole world will see that the real monsters aren't always who you first think they are.
