Ioan Gruffudd (Welsh: [ˈjɔan ˈɡrɪfɪð]; /ˈjoʊɑːn ˈɡrɪfɪθ/; born 6 October 1973) is a Welsh-American actor. He is known for his roles in film and television series in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. He was first noted for his portrayal of Harold Lowe in Titanic (1997) and for his portrayal of Horatio Hornblower in the Hornblower series of television films (1998–2003). Subsequent roles have included Lancelot in King Arthur (2004), Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic in Fantastic Four (2005) and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), William Wilberforce in Amazing Grace (2006), Tony Blair in W. Mike "Chief" Warrens and Delta Squad assault an oil rig to find Khalis Ghazi, a member of a terrorist organization. ³ Fallen Nation: North Korea, Pakistan, and Russia form an alliance called the KPR, which launches a surprise invasion of the United States by crippling defenses with a cyberattack and deploying WMDs in American cities. ⁴ Zero Hour: In 2037, terrorist Edward Page kidnaps the US President at a peace summit in Hawaii, leading US soldiers to pursue him and his mercenary group, Saunders Global Security (SGS). Players control Corporal Joel Blake, rescuing the President, but Page escapes and plots a global biological attack from Antarctica. ⁵ Blackout: Caydan Phoenix, a private military contractor for Gilman Security, who uncovers a global conspiracy after a terrorist attack in Venice and a subsequent cyber-attack.
