The storm God, Nalo, is planning revenge against Moana the way-finding demigoddess, along with treasure-obsessed crab, Tamatoa. Moana is finding it hard being a demigoddess, while arranging peaceful agreements with their neighboring islands. Sparks are also flying between her and a prince from another island, but his people don't approve. Maui tries to resolve conflicts, but the way he does it makes it worse. After learning about Nalo's revenge plot, Maui warns Moana, and brings her to another realm where only Gods and demogods can enter (because the entry way kills mortals). Sacrifices will be made as Moana and the other Island leaders work together to stop Nalo and save the world once and for all. An adventure with songs, coconuts, boats, and monsters.
