Lord Liu Kang and the warriors of Earthrealm are in the midst of a brutal tournament when a tear in reality sends a shockwave across the multiverse. At the same time, Gregory, who recently escaped the horrors of Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, notices a strange energy surge from his Faz-Watch, leading him and Glamrock Freddy to a hidden portal. The Traveller and their companions notice the skies darkening, and signs of an otherworldly threat emerging. As the heroes gather, they discover that Dark Kahn causes this cosmic disturbance. Together, they seek to bend the multiverse to their will. Liu Kang and the armies form an unlikely alliance, pulling in champions from each world to stand against this new threat. Each group brings their unique abilities: the brutal combat skills of the Mortal Kombat fighters, the survival instincts of Gregory and his animatronic allies, and the elemental powers of Teyvat's heroes. Their quest takes them through dangerous realms, from the dark dungeons beneath Freddy's Pizzaplex to the elemental domains of Genshin's world, and into the deadly arenas of Outworld. With alliances forming and betrayals looming, the fate of all worlds hangs in the balance as they must face not only the villains they know but a much darker force that threatens all realities. In the epic final battle, the heroes from all sides must combine their strengths to stop them. As the dawn rises on the battlefield, the justice of their unity shines as their greatest weapon.
