Lucius Best (also known as Frozone) is the deuteragonist of Disney•Pixar's The Incredibles franchise. He is the best friend of Mr. Incredible and a close ally to the Parr family. He has the ability to create ice and freeze surfaces by manipulating moisture.
After Miss Bianca and Mrs. Brisby start a rivalry with each other, cartoon characters are forced to choose sides. Miss Bianca heads the pro-cartoon registration and Mrs. Brisby leads the anti-cartoon registration.
