Wingnut is an alien/mutant bat who, in some incarnations, is partnered with an alien mosquito named Screwloose, and (depending on the version) is a friend or enemy of the Ninja Turtles. In most iterations, he is a spoof of Batman.
spin off that would take place after Metalhead Rewired or even during season 3
where the most powerful mutant titans bound together to fight threats no-one not even the turtles can face
i dont mean to bring a spoiler but they might take charge over the city when the shredder forces the turtles to leave.
