Billy Cranston is a teenager from Angel Grove that is recruited by Zordon after Rita Repulsa is freed from her Space Dumpster to become the Blue Ranger. Being a tech wizard Billy is able to create gadgets and weapons to aid in the fight against Rita Repulsa. Billy would start off being a novice when it comes to fight but as time goes on, The Triceratops Power Coin is a gold coin shaped like a triceratops given to Billy Cranston by Zordon to give him the ability to morph into the Blue Ranger.
